U.S. Customs Compliance Support for Foreign Manufacturers & U.S. Importers

Exporting products to the United States can be complicated, especially when your U.S. buyer does not want to act as the importer of record or when CBP issues a notice. ExportstoUSA provides practical, real-world support to help foreign manufacturers, exporters, and U.S. importers comply with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) rules, duties, and entry requirements. We work with manufacturers in many countries.

Importer of Record (IOR) Support

If your U.S. buyer does not want to import directly, we can help.

  • Product admissibility
  • Correct HTS classification
  • Section 232, Section 301, AD/CVD duties
  • Any compliance or documentation issues
  • We locate buyers in the United States.

This ensures your shipment clears CBP smoothly and legally.
